Someone should create a mod for a Sally port at the police stations, of course this would be hard at some of the locations because they are so small, but I think it would be worth it. If you are unfamiliar with a sally port, it is an entrance to a jail or prison or stations holding cells that is closed off so the arrested person cannot escape. It usually has two entrances for the patrol or other authorized cars to enter and requires a key-fob or some sort of identification to enter and leave the area. I think this would be a great mod to add to the immersion of LCPDFR.

 

I believe that it would have to only let police vehicles in so as to not let a random ped or vehicle into the area. Maybe as a seperate mod or all together you can also make it to where there is only one or a few areas where you can drop-off arrested persons. 

Also I think it would look good if it had automatic doors that open inward when a police vehicle approaches.

I don't think this kind of thing is possible. Map editing is a pain in the ass altogether but trying to mess with the LCPD:FR police stations would just complicate it even more. Sorry.
