I always play with a state police ped model. It comes with a green armor vest; I've attached a couple of pics.

 

When upgrading to LCPDFR 1.0, I had to reinstall GTAIV, and in the confusion I've lost the install files for the model. And I can't seem to find it anywhere on the web, including this site. Does anybody know off the top of their heads where I could find it?

Actually, it looks exactly like the one pictured. The only difference between the one that was linked and the one you pictured is the hat. The hat you can get by extracting the default strooper files from SparkIV.
