I installed it 3 times, the correct way. I'm using patch 1.1.2.0 and I get the following (attachment) does anyone else gets the same problem and I have tried to edit the INI,

    Yes.. it does support EFLC..

    It's an clean installed. The problem maybe fixed.. I changed the settings in the INI and I installed this http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/rainbows-icenhancer-21-cinematic-config-f16017 and I have no problems.
