Lag spikes after installation of 1.0

Ever since I've installed 1.0, my FPS will drop from about 35 to 25. Other times it may freeze my screen for a period of time. 

 

I never had these issues before installing 1.0. It's already been removed from my game, and the problems still continue 

Everything needs more lights.
