I believe it happened a few times. Last time I was chasing a crazy chick that ran out of her car, tazed her, and when I ordered her to stop, CTD. 

 

Second issue. On traffic stops, I run the name, but when I return to the vehicle I have no markers, and the area around the vehicle on the map turns to a yellow circle. They don't run or anything. Its very odd. Any help is appreciated!
