I OPEN IT UP AND RUNS BUT I CAN INSTALLED BECAUSE IT SAYS 

WE COULD FIND ANY GTA IV OR EFLC INSTALLTION PLEASE SELECT MANUALLY?

1. Please don't use caps, nobody likes caps.

 

2. All you have to do is select the gta iv install location manually. Here are examples of places it might be:

C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV

C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV

C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IV

C:Program FilesSteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IV

I haven't even bought the game but I buy on steam tommrow

Does it lagged

I have a laptop windows 7

And I bought arma on steam and lagged so hard

So I don't know mostly my PC games don't lag expect that one for some reason

The speed depends on your pc, go to this site: http://systemrequirementslab.com/cyri, it will tell you if it will lag your pc. It requires Java though!

That is ok, it just means that windows was put on your D drive instead, nothing to worry about, just do D:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV instead.
