My game crashes when i pull over a vehicle

With LCPDFR 1.0, the game runs normally and when i pull over a vehicle the game simply crash. Does anyone having this problem too?

    yes, i pulled over two vehicles.(2 separated times) and got to the drivers side of car .told the driver to get out then crashed!!!!. 

     

     

    Another one: 

    driving to prison / taking the prisoner to any police station, and trying to get them into custody doesn't work.you stand outside for hours .

     

    also  noted that i did all the requests for files updates posted here,and installed msc++,net frame,and others.
