Hey, guys, I'm currently working on a Taurus (released by Lccop on LCPDMods, bugs fixed by me), and to fix the last (but not least) bug, I needed some of the new PI wheels. I can trade this Taurus I'm currently working on, but I don't actually know if you guys want it or not, since it is released unlocked, but the bugs have been fixed by me. The interior is really nice, and the exterior is very detailed. If you're wondering what I've fixed, the list is as follows:

 

Missing polygons fixed 

Taurus SHO badges on rear trunk removed

Rear door handles removed (because it's a PI)

And I'm hoping I can try and put a column shift to make room for a console I'll be putting in (probably going to be like 5 polys, badly scratch made by me :P)

You have a good point. Would it work if I ripped the actual tire from a CVPI, deleted the hubcap's polygons, and then tried to scratch model a new hubcap?
