I still can not play GTA. Is their some thing that I can Download, or

some settings that I don't know bout that I can try?

Please Help,

Thank You Sincerely,

Sergeant Perez!

You need to download the latest Games for Windows Live client: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient

Uninstall the old one before installing the new one.   As UrbaneDegree18 said, both 8 and 8.1 work fine with GTA IV.

If I have steam, still download the above link?

Yes.  I have steam as well and it still worked fine.

Blast! I still can't get it to work, rather than thread jack this topic, can you PM me? I have questions on how to get this working via Steam, and I've been going at it for about, oh 4 or 5 hours now. Thanks Iconography!
