Instead modeling a new building you should improve an old one. It will be a whole lot easier. I've actually tried remodeling a building and when I went to export it from zmodeler It crashed at export. Theres a whole lot more than just modeling, you would also need to know the shader configurations for buildings. Its a great idea but I don't know if its actually possible..

It's just that i wanted to make a big building with a underground parking with cars
