I don't believe websites (even Newegg) have compatibility tools that ensure your system is completely compatible. The only, and best, way to find out is to either post your desired parts here and see if anyone here finds an issue, or to look over the parts yourself (if you know ahead of time what is compatible with what).

Graphic cards are generally compatible with a wide range of systems since they all use PCI ports. The key component to check is the power supply. The CPU doesn't matter as much but most many people prefer to match an Intel CPU to an Nvidia GPU, and an AMD CPU to an AMD GPU, though in practice it doesn't necessarily matter.

A higher wattage is good for more demanding systems but only improves performance if you previous power supply was too small and "suffocating" your system. That power supply should be fine.
