So, what is the best websites to record GTA 4 while Gameplay? For Free?

Besides XFire, it lags once I start recording, so its hard to make a video when your lagging.....so count XFire out of this question.....

Any other websites you guys know so I can record during my GTA 4 Gameplay and UPLOAD it to youtube?
