Instead of actually creating a 1997 Crown Victoria from scratch perhaps someone could modify the default vapid cruiser, considering it's heavily based on the late 1990's Crown Vic, to include multiple liveries, have a modded license plate which would be included in the model's template, I haven't found a default vapid template with changeable license plates yet and some late 1990's Ford hubcaps similar to the ones pictured below.

All the default cruisers I've come across do not have hubcaps so that's why I am requesting this, that and the license plate being changeable.
