ELS Problems

 I have a laptop that I installed LCPDFR and ELS v7, and also installed pro ELS vehicles, It works fine, but it's a laptop so it runs slow. I've installed GTA IV on a computer with xp and an NVIDIA graphics card and I have at least 2g of RAM. I did everything exactly the same as I did on my laptop but ELS doesn't work. I know how to set up ELS and install the vehicles. like I said. I did the exact same thing as I did when I installed it on my laptop, but the lights don't work, ELS menu doesn't pop up, and when I hit the default horn/siren button the siren turns on as if it was a default non ELS car.

I loaded the asi loader. i ran the lcpdfr dianostics also.
