How do you make p and nstockades sound like polpat?

How do you make the nstockade and pstockade sound like the polpatriot?

The only way to do it (besides what you mentioned) would be to edit and replace the sound files I believe, but then other vehicles would also sound like the polpatriot - for example, I believe Phantoms use the same engine sound.
