could have some simple information about the mod. I have done some research into the mod and am confused as to

what the different GTA 4 game versions are, the different mod versions are

and what is required to install the modreation its self (what HotFix1 is etc).

This mod is free. Also, you don't need anything to install the mod, except the autoinstaller you downloaded.
