Hello,

Allowing someone access to your computer is a very unsafe practice.  We encourage members to use the forums to work through their issues, both to minimize the chances of someone hacking your computer, and to allow other member with similar problems to search through the forums to fix their issues.

If you haven't already, you should create a support thread about any issues you are currently experiencing.
