NEED HELP!!!!

I just downloaded LCPDFR version 0.91. I downloaded framework 4 and installed it. But when i try to start the game the black dialog box comes up then it says GTAIV has stopped working windows is searching for a solution. I am running windows 7 gta iv has worked on my PC very well until now. PLEASE HELP. thankyou

yes i downloaded c++ 2010 libary pack

I just downloaded the diagnostic program and every thing is in check

Make sure you have the right C++ and dot NET framework. Go to the links on that support page, redownload them to be sure. Reinstall the mod as an administrator (right click run as admin) and run the game as an administrator. Make sure you're game is on 1.0.7.0.

well my internet is going slow so there is 18 min left im sure this will work im running version 1.0.0.0 now so i hope it works thanks for your help!
