Basically, I'm curious if there is a setting that controls the power of color (not saturation) of ped clothing. I've seen a lot of screenshots where the default officers have a very deep navy coloring, unlike the grey-blue of the default coloring, and were khaki or light blue uniforms remain bright. I've also achieved this with RealityIV timecyc mod, but I use icENHANCER 2.1 now and would prefer to stick with it. So, for those versed in creating ENB's or timecyc's, what should I tinker with?
