i am new with all this..i have gotten a disk from target of gta4..the game work on the pc..as soon i dl lcpdfr the game will not laod and says seculauncher failed to start application 2000..wtf does this mean..HELP plz

i am new at this..i have dl gta to my pc and in normal mod it work..as soon i dl the lcpdfr mod now the game wont even start and says "seculauncher failed to start application..some one help be i have spent alot of money getting a new pc just to play this

okay..well in the type of thing wat should i do..download the older one and try that..do i need to dl spark or anything like that or do i just dl the lcpdfr right in to the gta4 files...wat all do i got to do to get the mod to work?

Download 0.91 and make sure you have C++ and .NET framework.

Ok you clearly hijacked one maybe two threads and made another.

Like people have told you one two different threads EFLC is another game.
