Zmodeler2 error

I downloaded zmodeler2 from its website but when I try to run it it gives me this error

 

"This application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect"

 

I have c++ 2005 redistributable installed and my OS is Win 7 64bit.Last time I had win 32bit in which the situation was same. Please help.


Zmodeler 1 and 3 work fine its only zmodeler 2 that gives me the error.
