Hi guys

 

im new to this site and new to this idea of playing lcpdfr. it looks awesome.

 

im going to begin the process of building a pc to handle this game etc.

 

just one question, is there anything specific i should remember when trying to play this game from 

South Africa

    I personally don't feel as though there's anything specific you need to know, coming from a different continent.  The great thing about LCPD:FR is that you can do whatever you feel like.  You can patrol the way you want and arrest who you want.

     

    If you really want to get in the mood of being an officer in Liberty City / NYC, you can try looking up various laws that may be different when NYC is compared to South Africa, and then adhering to those.  For instance, NYC has (had?) a law that allows officers to stop and search any suspect.  This was in the news recently though and may have been overturned.
