Find  nj_01.img in the window on the right and open it  .   Locate nj01_policeground.wdr and replace it with the one within the download

 

Do the same for file nj01_policestation.wdr  then save and rebuild.

 

close the window and select nj_05.img  and replace gm-19_09.wdr  with the downloaded file  ... save and Rebuild
