I'm having some trouble figuring things out. I got GTAIV and LCPDFR but I don't know how to get ELS and cars. Can someone help with a quick and easy way to download? Thank you!

First, you will ned ELS script, which can be found >here. If you need some help installing it, this video can help you. Cars can be found in the "Downloads" section on this site.

Make sure you have SparkIV with the right patch, AND make sure you run sparkiv.exe
