My community wants a car pack built and we will pay money for it but we want the valor light bar and there isnt very many of them made but if anyone is willing to take this on please message me or post on this fourm.

Wow, just ask. And no need to pay money, there are a lot of people who can make skins for free. Feel free to post a texture request on the SCNG Designs request thread. I could try and get started making a CVPI with a valor if you wish.

well its a task ill say lol id love to help and do it too because i want to model but its about maybe 10 models idk im not sure what all everyone else wants or "needs" but they all have specific light set up and yea lol do you have teamspeak it would be an easier way to talk

that makes no sence

Here is what we are trying to get light setup wise, 

There are over 6000 different police cars for GTA 4, i'm pretty sure you can find one that suits your needs... Also before you go head and do this let me make sure you know, with that many lights and high poly models have fun lasting no longer then 10 minutes playing online with LCPDFR running...

Get a better pc dude i can run 20 car mods and alot more and we have nice cars already we just want something new and the Federal signal valor lightbar is just to great to not have. 

So let me make shure you know i can run with lcpdfr on multiplayer for 1 to 2 hours at a time on a daily basis, so im sorry you cant do the same!!!!!!!

Yeah thats true but there are ways to make gta iv run better on multiplayer so you must not know how to set up your game to run right, just like you dont know how to make skins. I also seen that you use a enb which is not the best idea for gta iv and is prolly why you cant play for more than 10 min or you have a key binding issue, also when you play with others online they should use the same mods as you or you will crash alot, which you do. So unless you sat here and watched me play for more than an hour on multiplayer then you can think what you want, but there are many people out there that can play as long as i do without crashing. I also have a whole community that can back me up bc i help them get there game to run just as good as mine so you can call bullshit on whatever you want bc i can care less if you gta is screwed up so get your facts straight before you call bullshit on me idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok guys. Cut the argumentative behavior right now before it report this thead. And the fact that you have a monster gaming rig makes no difference to the fact that high poly vehicles make you crash. It's the poor PC port, and there's nothing you can do about that. But I'll make a deal. If you find all the cars you want to use, I will make the rest custom as long as you give me credit for turning plain models in to police cars for you.

I think there is already a charger with a valor.

Lol only 12 GB of ram? I play online with 1997Chevyboy and can vouch that we run our games with up to 20 people in a High Poly car line up. I would post my specs but Its like a Little kid saying my Dad can beat up your Dad. If you can't help fine don't post.

Ok well, first things first. There is no such thing as a 2013 CVPI. The last Crown Victoria was shipped to Saudi Arabia and it was the 2012 model. The 2012 Crown Victoria did not have a police package. There is a 2003 and 2008 CVPI. I believe there is a Caprice and it works very well. There is also a 2013 Dodge Durango by BxBugs123 and that is very nice. A 2013 Tahoe has not been released yet but there is a wide variety to choose from with the Tahoe.

Yours looks like a pretty demanding clan. I'm afraid to say there is only so much a modeler can do before he/she just gets annoyed. No modeler is going to make cars entirely from scratch for one single clan. Not to be ostentatious or anything (go look it up) but I am being pretty nice here by offering to make you some cop cars. I will do as much as I can but after that you'll just have to download them.
