hello all,

I just installed police helper and towing mod and coroner mod today. I have no problem with the coroner mod.

Problem one - Police helper stops working after I call in fire fighters. It says an error has occured in the script.

Problem two - Towing truck mod does not let me call in a helicopter for the big vehicles. I have turned magic mode off and the drivers/mechamics off. It just says the vehicle is too big.

I am running the latest versions of all mods and I downloaded them off of here. I running latest gta iv, I have no dlc and I have the latest lcpdfr. I am getting really fustrated and will accept any advice with gratitude. I really dont want to give up on lcpdfr and police helper. Also is there any way to get infinite lights/barriers/cones instead of six. Please excuse any mistakes as I writing on my phone

Hmm, ok. Well can you check if you have the latest version of Scripthook? Just Google search HazardX Scripthook or something, and it should come up. Drag the Scripthook.asi and all those files outside the folders in the archive in to your main directory. Abraxas does say that his newer versions of PoliceHelper are compatible with the old Scripthook, however, some of his other scripts aren't. Maybe Abraxas could come and check this issue out? Just DO NOT PM HIM FOR SUPPORT, IT GETS VERY ANNOYING SOMETIMES. He might just see this thread (like he did with mine regarding some PoliceHelper issues) and might offer to help you out. He only PMd me offering support because the thread that I created got really big and lots of people were apparently having the same issue. Good luck, and keep playing, officer!

Thanks, I will try it when I switch my pc on. Do you have a way of getting infinite barriers ? And is it ok if I refer to you as sir as you are more experianced.

In future try to get support in official PoliceHelper thread, as I can miss thread like this one.

FDLC support is broken in current version. Sorry for that. It will be fixed in next version that will have some cool new things ;)

 

Helicopter in towing mod is available only in The Ballad of Gay Tony as only in that episode there is a model of SKYLIFT. Also it is called only for wrecked big trucks and buses.

 

Mustu, now all my scripts should be compatible with SHDN 1.7.1.4, but I always recommend the latest one as it is a bit more stable. 

 

There is no way to get infinite barriers. They are quite cpu consuming as every one of them, when deployed, checks all cars around two times per second. That's why I set that limit.

Thanks, never knew about that thread. That is what I needed. If you check this again can I put a suggstion. Can you set a higher limit for better cpus
