iCEnhancer 2.1 makes cars too shiny

So I recently installed iCEnhancer 2.1. Everything in the game looks amazing, except for the cars. The paint is way too shiny and makes it hard to see any lights. I've tried turning off reflections in-game but it made everything look flat, almost like a matte finish as opposed to the chrome finish that iCEnhancer has. I'm looking for a middle ground, so does anyone know what setting/file I need to edit to adjust this? I'm running 1.0.7.0 and I've only had one small problem that was my error and not the game's. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to adjust the vehicle specific values within the iceconfig.ini file. Use the ICE/ENB documentation link below on guiding you through this process.
