Hello. Back on the forums! I was gone quite a while. 

 

 

My question is which would be easier/more efficient to run on a mid-low grade gaming PC? Would it be the default game cars modded to have ELS, or non-ELS modded cars such as a non-ELS Tahoe, CVPI, ect.

You should be fine using ELS cars

As long as your cars are not super high poly and as long as ELS isn't taking up a lot of resources, ELS is the way to go. I would still have ELS if my computer was bad, because the default Emergency Lighting graphics are terrible.
