Why does certain things only appear on certain displays? I.e Department name ect.? It doesn't appear on any of my vehicles. Just wondering how to get that info to show up and when the lights and sirens are activated do the " * * " show up on screen?

 

Also, anyone know what "Dashcam = VP" means? or "Manual" on the center of the screen in game?

yeah I know that, im just curious why most of that information doesn't appear on any of my vehicles. Sniper said they may not appear on all displays but im curious why.
