so i have recently purchased eflc from steam but the textures load realy slow... i tried all commandlines installed texture mods and reinstalled the game but nothing seems to help!

does someone know how to fix this?

    well that didn't change anything but i found the problem. for some reason it was caused by a police car. but thanks for the help anyway
