GTA IV Has Stopped Working..

I thought I posted a topic already but I guess it didn't go through. But it actually worked out for the best cause it showed me the troubleshooter thing. 

So.. I read through it, made sure the files were in the right place, but the two links it said to download didn't work for me. Broken links I guess.

Onto my problem:

I've installed LCPDFR over a fresh install of GTAIV and I host a private game with a friend and I and it crashes every 10 to 15 minutes. My game freezes, then goes to desktop saying GTAIV Has Stopped Responding. It worked fine in single player but I can't say I've tried single player since I've installed LCPDFR. I ran the diagnostics tool and I'll attach it so you guys can read it over if you want to. 

If there's anything else I can do to help you guys help me, just let me know. I really want to play this with a friend of mine. We've been playing EFLC on free roam just doing silly things we could think of, but we're running out of ideas. Thanks guys.

And I keep getting errors when we do certain things. I'll post a picture. This is when a buddy was trying to issue a ticket to a parked car. I'm not sure this is related but I figured I'd put it here for you.
