FRAPS + GTA IV = Error?

Hey everyone. I have this problem where if I open up FRAPS, then try to run GTA it won't load up. GTA will just kind of sit there in this black screen, not even showing the warnings and copyright screens. I kind of fixed it before, where I would run GTA, Alt+Tab it, then open FRAPS, pull the game back up and then it would work.

 

Now not even this is working, and I am incomplete on GTA without FRAPS! :-)
