I think my product version was 1.0.0.4, at least that is what GTAIV.exe said. I just purchased and downloaded it last night from the official site. I installed LCPDFR and one or two vehicle mods with SparkIV before even thinking about it. Now I have just updated my game with the latest patch. Am I fine or should I do a clean install? Or do I just need to re-import my WTD and WFT files?

    I don't see much of a problem here, myself.  The game should still work fine.  You may or may not have to reinstall your car mods, depending on what exactly got patched and what remained the same.  A clean install shouldn't be necessary (but, this is Rockstar we're talking about).  If you have any other data mods (like vehicle handling, car colors, etc) you may want to check and make sure they persist.
