May 24, 201312 yr I think I'm just gonna go right out and ask it, and I'll probably be shot for it. Is this community requiring officers? Heh... I ask this because all the reviews and play videos and mods seem to be by some serious players, or officers. I've been watching Bay Area Buggs, which I must say is an awesome video. Got me on the bandwagon to getting GTA IV for the PC. I lost my original copy when I had the PS3, I sure did miss it. Though all I did was Free Mode in a cop car or Maverick! Surprisingly I could dodge amateur Annihilators. I also ask because I was interested in maybe joining servers, but I'm not entirely sure if there's a standard or something for all the servers. May 24, 201312 yr LCPDFR itself isn't requiring officers as it's not an actual clan, it's a community of like minded people who both use and support the mod LCPDFR and other mods that are used with it, however if you look under the 'Groups' section you'll find plenty of clans, departments, communities, etc. that are looking for officers, most who will train you in their procedures. Professionalism is mostly what you gauge, but there are some out there, though I cannot name any as it would break the LCPDFR ToS for the forums of clan advertisement. As for servers, it's nothing like MMO's or anything of that nature, it's mostly just start a game and throw out invites, or get an invite to an already started game, and go patrol. Again, this is covered in training for any group you join. Best of luck in your ventures and welcome to LCPDFR!
