Hey sorry to start a forum on this.  I read the guidelines that you all posted, and I made sure I downloaded all the requirements that you stated.  However when I download the actual LCPDFR 095 link, I keep getting a FILE version of the download.  Whenever I click on it, it doesn't give me the "run" option.  Ive been looking all over the forums for someone with a similar problem but haven't come across anything.  Hopefully you all could assist?  Thanks
