No Blips in MP?

Hi,

 

Is it possible to disable blips above other players in MP? I still want to see them on the map, but just not the blips above them. If it's not possible is there such a mod?

 

I just wanna get a little more realism. Plus I don't like these blips getting in the way of everything. Mostly when you're trying to do a scenario or something, and put it into a video.
