does any one know how to pull over a vehicle? I tried, i got hit e to search trunk and the car drove away. can any one help? and I am also trying to get my Spark IV to work i have the newest copy any one able to help there also?

Go Behind a Car and Press SHIFT once and also while in game press shift + tab for in game help.

There should be thurough instructions inside of every car download you get, just follow those and you should be fine.

U can ctrl+atl+p and go to a police station and do the step by step or just alt+p to force duty then shift behind the car to pull over.
