What is happening?

 

I installed an ENB mod to improve my graphics. All was well until I spawned a vehicle through my trainer. Now I am left with no visual trainer. I can enable it using Rctrl + RAlt + E (I can see the message "Trainer Enabled") but I don't have a trainer menu. I have tried all of my F keys (F1, F2 etc.) I have never had this problem until I installed ENB.

If anyone could offer support that would be greatly appreciated.

If you recommend a download please provide a link to said download. 

If you would like pictures of my GTA directory or folder please say so.
