Hey i want to make 2 or 3 new ped's for GTA4. So i donloadet 3DS MAX, GIMS_IV and OpenIV. At first i imported a ODD ped from GTA4 with GIMS. Then i imported a Skin from: http://thefree3dmodels.com/stuff/characters           I scaled the Model into the size from the GTA4-Model and rotate it to the right prosition. Then i delet the textures from the GTA4-Model and scaled the Bones into the right prosition to the Model from the website. Then i imported the textures from the Model. So i want to export it with GIMS but it says everytime "Model Dictionary "dev_model/m_y_prison" hasn't got any geometries!" 

 

What i make not right ?

    Yes i tried it like in this video but it didnt work ^^ I think i make all new and try it again

    Bit hard to make a ped...
