Ultimate Backup loads fine, and then when I try and open it, it just does not open. XMLs are valid, I've tried fresh-installing Ultimate Backup, and absolutely nothing has worked.

I've tested all of that, and now I have found that none of that has worked, it still loads, and pretty much every other plugin loads, including ultimate backup. But then UB just decides to not work.

I suggest temporally copy rest of plugins from plugins/lspdfr to another place, leave only STP/UB/Compulite and check if problem still exist
