When I load into LSPDFR and play for a little bit I get crashes at very random times. These can happen sometimes during pursuits, arrests, and even when just sitting still in my vehicle. I suspect it has something to do with my mods folder, specifically with addon vehicles, but i just wanted to see if maybe I'm missing something somewhere in my rage log first before i start the long process of moving things out of there. I have heap, pack limiter and the resource adjuster in my game folder as well.

Nothing standing out in the log, I think you are on to something rename your mods to _mods and see if you still crash.
