I need to know the name of the mod where u get a command list of things like spawn cars, speed up, flip car and other.

And i also need a good weapon pack???

I only need too extract all the files of native trainer to the gta iv folder then play?

How do i get up all the commands only f3 dosent work for me :(??

Press F3, and then with your NUMPAD  go up adn down.

 

8 - UP

2 - Down

4 - Left

6 - Right

5 - Enter

It only come up R_000000000_00000000
