I have this odd ghosting/lag that seems to be plaguing my game. If you look at the video, you'll see cars are not moving smoothly, rather very choppy. Also, look at the outlines of me and the suspect, there seems to be some odd ghosting within the game itself. These occur no matter the highest or lowest graphics settings, whether the scripts folder is enabled or not, or if LSPDFR is running or not. I have Chromatix installed, but it didn't really cause an issue before.
