I have a little bit of extra money and want to get GTA 4 simply to play LCPDFR. But I have some questions. Do I download GTA 4 from steam, or somewhere else? And once I download it, how do I go about getting lcpdfr (as in: where do i put files, how do i launch it, etc..) and how do you use custom car skins that are made public on this site?

1. It will work anywhere you can get it. Walmart, Steam, Gamestop, as long as it is legal. Make sure it is for PC.

2. LCPDFR is a .exe file. It will put you through an installer. The things you want will be explained there.
