I installed everything correctly multiple times, but either none of the lights flash correctly and are in steady burn mode, or only the roof lightbar flashes.

It's either those two issues everytime I load up the game.

All vehicle wft and wtd files are installed.

I have not downgraded my copy.

Is the mod outdated? Am I doing something wrong?
