The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi chat, has anyone experienced this ? Cause I have and it ticks me off a little cause the textures are bugged out on only three depts but not BCSO

FYI, I have already done reinstalling EUP L&O and S&R with no success, plus those are the stock uniforms you get from EUP.
