Simple Hud ERROR

Im not sure if im right but when i got a BLACK screen today i couldn't see anything about why or what cursed the BLACK screen. But when in the BLACK screen i pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del and then pressed the Council button it still sat on BLACK screen so i pressed Ctrl+Esc a cupple of times till i saw my taskbar and there i saw this (in pic on screen) its hard to see but if you zoom in abit you can see it says something about SimpleHUD+ScripthookV so i got rid of the message and BLACK screen was gone so carried on playing but without SimpleHUD. As SimpleHUD crashed so im not 100% sure if its ScripthookV or if its GPU coursing the crash. Please let me know what you think thank you.
