The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

My LSPDFR was working just fine, then there was a sudden crash. Since that crash LSPDFR will crash each time it loaded! But doesnt provide an error?

    hi there, there aren't really a lot of details provied here. Please navigate to you GTA V folder, and in the main directory, scroll down to where RagePluginHook.exe is located. There should be 2 more files with the same name. Put that entire file itself here so we can look into what might have happened. (you can copy and paste the actual file, or click the choose files option.)

    Could contain: text, screenshot, font, line, number

    it looks like a system access violation of some kind
    Increasing Heap adjuster can sometimes help this, but if it doesn't. them try renaming mods too _mods to help locate the source. 

    There was also something in there that shows that something was added to a dictionary twice somewhere. An example of this would be having a zone specified for 2 agencies in the UB config files
