So I just reinstalled GTA because of crashing issues and now I loaded up all of my mods and stuff when I go to play the game windows live isn't there I press home on my keyboard but nothing I installed games for windows live marketplace and ran the patch application and tried to run installer but it says "Installation Failed. Run setup to install update" Any help ?
