The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I keep crashing on certain callouts need help decoding the log file. I played for 2 hours days before without crashing its weird. For reference I was using the Narcos Callout pack.

Your log appears to show that this is a random crash. if the crash is consistent with a certain callout pack, try removing it and see if that solves the issue. Based on what you are saying, it sounds like the callout pack is the issue. if this is the case, then the pack may not be updated for the latest version of lspdfr
